Delete your account

You can delete your MyBoatBuild account and personal data at any time. Here’s how, and what gets removed.

Customers & viewers — delete in the app

• Open the MyBoatBuild app and sign in.
• Go to the More tab → My Profile.
• Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile (name, email, phone, address).
• Your messages and reactions.
• Your access to any builds you were invited to, and your sign-in credentials.

This cannot be undone. Some build records kept by your builder as part of their own business documentation may remain in de-identified form and are no longer linked to you.

Builder & staff accounts

Builder accounts are set up and managed by an administrator, so they aren’t self-deleted in the app. To delete a builder or staff account, email [email protected] from the account’s email address and we’ll process it.

Can’t access the app?

If you can’t sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and we’ll delete it for you. We’ll confirm once it’s done.
